Kuwait Cool and Solar Company is a shareholding company working in the field of Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Solar Energy. We are in the HVAC business since the 1970’s and into Solar Energy since 2001.

With Six logistic partners located in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) States of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, we are pursuing our goal of establishing Solar Energy business in this region.

With Board members comprising prominent personalities of the GCC States and with a paid-up capital of approximately 22 million Euros, we have two factories located inside the Shuwaikh Free Trade Zone (Kuwait) for easy access to Import and Export, and over 20 showrooms within the Gulf Cooperation Council States providing 24 hours support line for customer assistance.

We are listed in the Kuwait Stock Exchange since two years and soon to be listed in the Saudi Arabia and Dubai Stock Exchange.


Presently we are registered in the Chamber of Commerce for each of the GCC States, as well as in the general Chamber of Commerce of GCC States.

We are writing this letter to further develop our business by seeking to work with reputed and well established companies in the field of Solar Energy by obtaining potential business in all of the GCC states for consultancy, manufacture, assembly, marketing and retail, as well as government projects involving tenders and other turnkey projects.

**We have our own Research and Development team backed by the Engineering department, Sales and Marketing department, Administration and Financial department.

Our partners in the GCC states have the same set-up and undertake training programs from the main holding company in Kuwait (Kuwait Cool and Solar).**
